FLEXI-FUSE! Great new fusible product!

Soft Fuse is no loger available. So after searching and trials I’ve found a very good fusible to replace my favorite Soft Fuse. It is FLEXI-FUSE!

It is a wonderful paper-backed iron-on fusible. Light-weight, yet adheres well. It also does NOT gunk up my sewing machine needle. HOORAY.

And my completed pieces wash up supple.

The biggest drawback for my work is it only comes 21” wide…Soft Fuse came 37” wide. So when tracing a large medallion you have to tape the fusible together to create a wide enough piece. I recommend you tape together with Painter’s tape so you can easily remove the tape when ironing.

Selling it in rolls:

3 yds x 21” wide

The 3 yard rolls are a non-standard shipping size and have $2.50 added to the price for shipping costs.

and cut into bagged pieces:

1 yd x 21” wide

2 yds x 21” wide

(If the Soft Fuse supply chain opens up, I’ll return to carrying the 37 x 3 yard rolls and 18” x 3-1 yard rolls again.)
