Welcome to the EOB VIRTUAL Classroom, where you always have a front row seat.

“Quilting is a creative act of hope.”

Tired of sewing alone? Ready to be inspired and learn something new? Let technology bring you together with quilters from around the globe. Take a Virtual class via Zoom from Eye of the Beholder and open up the doors of creative possibilities!

Whether its reverse applique, paper-piecing, how to quilt a piece and put color together, how to stitch those inside and outside points and curves, or quilt-as-you-go, quilting is a creative adventure. There’s lots to learn and it’s all FUN!

I LOVED this class! We were nervous we were biting off something we couldn’t do, but Margaret was an excellent teacher.
Thank you for everything.

I look forward to helping you expand your horizons and hone your quilting skills in an encouraging and patient atmosphere. No matter what the class is or technique being taught, I will share with you the tips and tricks I’ve learned from 25+ years of quilting and 40+ years of sewing that make stitching easier and fun. You will receive clear directions and live, step-by-step demonstrations in all Eye of the Beholder classes.

Margaret was so full of information. She was thorough and well-prepared. Very helpful and charming. I would recommend any class taught by this teacher and would take from her again.

Margaret took time with the students and demonstrated the technique thoroughly.

A very comfortable learning environment.

See it all clearly …

Our multiple camera set up gives you the best possible virtual visual advantages: you’ll get both close-up and bird’s eye views to see what’s going on as you learn, plus with our picture-in-picture frame there’s teacher eye contact for that personal touch. You’ll also get the broader view of the project so you know where the project is headed.

With the Zoom platform you can always ask questions, get personal attention, and share your work for problem solving and encouragement. Everyone has a front row seat.

From the Comfort of Your Own Home…

You don’t need to pack up your stuff and lug your sewing machine, so you are learning and practicing new skills right on your primary machine. All your tools, supplies and fabric stash are right there, ready at your finger tips.

Stitch along with others in the comfort of your sewing space and make new quilting friends. It doesn’t get any better than that.

Don’t have Zoom? No worries.

When you sign up for a class you just click on the Zoom link for your class that arrives via email and it will open up, no account required. (You will need to download the Zoom app - it is free, but you will want to do this before the class.) “Creativity is a journey of trust that transforms and renews us and reaches out to others with the same gifts.”
