New Ideas...Part 4. VOILA!
Now I'm working on creating Karen's Hospitality by machine.
I've selected a different palette for this one.
I love to see patterns in different fabrics and colors!
I trace the pattern onto my fusible webbing and iron it onto my grey top fabric. Then carefully cut it out, remove the paper and iron it onto my blue and green multi-colored background fabric. Next to the machine. Which is where it sits, waiting for me to satin stitch the edges.
Karen's Hospitality
is finished!
My first rendering of the new design is hand stitched, quilted and bound with bias binding. It measures 20" x 52.5" for the larger table.
It is set on my table to welcome my invited guests to enjoy gracious hospitality.
And the pattern, available in our shop, is ready for you to make your own Karen's Hospitality to invite your guests to gather and enjoy your gracious welcome.
This pattern includes directions to make it by hand or machine.
Our printed pattern comes with directions to make it both ways...hand or machine, and includes a full-size pattern piece that can be re-used to make it more than once. Or purchase the pattern as a downloadable pdf file. Directions can be printed at home. Pattern piece needs to be put on a USB stick and taken to a copy shop that can make large format prints. Enjoy a touch of elegance in your home with Karen's Hospitality.
