L'Chaim - PDF

$13.50

"Seeds of Hope, Sprouting Life. Live Fully and Passionately."

Difficulty: Intermediate-Advanced

Reverse appliqué pattern – Hand & Machine directions

(30" x 30")

L'Chaim is an intermediate-advanced level medallion that expresses the power of life and hope. It was designed in reaction to the brutal attacks by Hamas on the people of Israel on Oct. 7, 2023 in fabrics by Banyan Batiks. The multi-colored top fabric of one piece speaks of passionate life and the second piece with its warm earth-tone browns and peaceful pinks peeking out suggest hopeful soil for sprouting life to bring this pattern and its message alive.  Whatever fabrics you choose, your fabric choices will give it vitality with your own unique style.

Make it as a beautiful wall-hanging, or design a quilt around it with L'Chaim as the center medallion.

Pattern has complete creation instructions using Eye of the Beholder’s Trace, Baste, Snip & Stitch technique, supported by Technique Tutorials and blogs on this website, and full-size, durable pattern pieces.  There’s never a need to enlarge the pattern or re-position fabric.
