Tulips & Lace is a pattern that combines reverse applique with applique and piecework to make this charming quilt to usher in spring bouquets of tulips wrapped in lacey collars. The reverse applique work done by machine is beginning level, and by hand is for the experienced beginner - intermediate stitcher because of its smaller size and sharp points. A mingling of memories of homemade valentines, my Grandmother’s crocheted doilies and Tulips blooming in spring interplayed with Batik Textile’s Dragonfly Spell collection to bring this quilt design to life in Spring 2020.You can read the story behind the quilt by clicking here.

A Pattern PDF is a digital file of the complete pattern instructions and full-size pattern pieces.  You will also be emailed Welcome Notes.

After purchase, a link to the Pattern PDF will be sent to you automatically – click the link to get your pattern.  This link expires after 24 hours (to protect from copyright infringement), but we can re-send it to you if you have any trouble. Just email us at admin@eobquiltdesign.com

• The inside pages of the pattern booklet prints on 8.5” x 11” and can be printed on an in-home printer.

• The pattern cover prints on 11” x 17” paper, or you can print to fit on 8.5” x 11” paper.

• The 4-Heart pattern prints on 8.5” x 11” and can be printed on an in-home printer.

• The full-size pattern pieces will need to be put on a USB stick and taken to a copy shop that can print in large format, or Read the blog, Printing Our PDF Digital Patterns at Home (3/18/2020) to print on an in-home printer.

• This will be an additional expense for you. However, a Pattern PDF is priced at 25% off the print pattern price because of this additional expense to you.

• Please check in your area that you have a copy shop that can print the pattern for you before purchasing. PDF patterns are non-returnable/ non-refundable.

The Spring Love Pattern prints on paper that is 14" x 24"; The Pattern cover prints on paper that is 11” x 17”; the 4 Heart block prints on paper that is 8.5” x 11”.
